Business Development Manager (Fabrication)
£45,000 - £50,000 + Progression + Training + Hybrid Flexibility + Company Car + Enhanced Holidays + Commission + Free On Site Parking + Early Finish On A Friday

Are you a business development manager, with experience in the metal fabrication industry, looking to join a well-established company that offers progression and training?
Are you a technical expert in the welding industry, looking for a role that offers a healthy work life balance with hybrid flexibility, an early finish on a Friday and an enhanced holidays package?
This company was established seven decades ago and since then has grown to supply into a wide range of industries. The company provide fabrication and welding solutions to the construction, rail and automotive industries. Working with mainly Steel and Aluminium, they also offer comprehensive design services.
In this role the suitable candidate will be expected to lead the business development area of the business. You will need to gather cold and warm leads to follow up and generate new clients and projects for the company. Further to the sales you will need to assist other departments in forming the proposals for clients.

The Role:
* 7:30 -4:15 Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 12:15 Friday
* Research companies to produce leads to chase
* Visit client sites across the North East of England, when required, to consult with customers
* Assist in managing existing relationships to maintain retained business
* Provide technical consulting to clients on projects to ensure the best product is delivered
* Work with other departments in the business to form client proposals

* Experience in a business development role
* Experience in the metal fabrication industry
