Data Analyst - Tenant Services Reporting to: Head of Referencing Location: Newcastle Upon Tyne As the UK’s favourite property platform, Rightmove aims to give everyone the belief that they can make their move. To help us achieve this, we’re looking for an Data Analyst to join our team. Are you a data-driven problem solver with a passion for optimising business operations? Join Rightmove’s Rental Services team as our Rental Services Data Analyst, where you’ll play a crucial role in driving efficiency, forecasting resources, and enhancing performance through data insights. Working cross-functionally, you’ll help shape operational strategies that align with our wider business goals, ensuring we continue to lead the market in rental services. What you’ll be doing Supporting operational planning and resource forecasting across all of Rental Services. Driving process improvements and efficiency initiatives to enhance service delivery across all areas. Analysing performance data to identify opportunities and mitigate risks. Monitoring KPIs and generating insights through effective data management. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimise business operations. Manage projects from start to finish, working across the operation with key stakeholders. Aligning operational improvements with Rightmove’s strategy and objectives. Ensure business, consumer and customer needs are prioritized in decision making. Who you are A commercially minded analyst who identifies opportunities to improve revenue and performance, with accountability for end‑to‑end delivery. Highly proficient in Excel and data analysis. Demonstrates advanced proficiency in SQL. A strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills. A confident project manager, seeing through change and transformation. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Confident in facilitating discussions and driving consensus within teams. Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying efficiencies. Charismatic leadership, confident in managing projects and seeing through change and transformation.
