This state-of-the-art housing project provides responsive support through on-site 24/7 staffing. We also offer opportunities to provide direct 1:1 support to individuals moving into their new homes.
Please note that this role requires working night shifts as part of the rota.
No prior care experience is necessary to apply for the Complex Needs Practitioner Level 1 position. We will invest in your qualifications and provide full training through our award-winning learning & development team before you start.
We currently offer Full-Time (39 hours) and Part-Time (various hours) contracts within the Mauchline team.
Due to service requirements, we are only able to accept applications from male candidates.
Applicants must have a UK Driving Licence for Manual Vehicles and access to their own car.
About the Role
Your responsibilities as a Complex Needs Practitioner Level 1 may include:
* Social Support: Assisting individuals to engage with their communities by planning and attending outings to leisure activities such as day centres, cinema, swimming, etc.
* Personal Care: Supporting individuals to maintain their wellbeing through assistance with bathing, dressing, arranging medical visits, and incontinence care.
* Practical Support: Helping individuals maintain their tenancy by encouraging daily household tasks such as housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping.
