Your Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels Action all customer service desk tickets and prioritise and investigate accordingly Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, warehousing and transportation to ensure timely resolution of customer issues. Ensure all weekly and monthly reporting targets are met Proactively identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty through continuous improvement initiatives Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions Your Skills and Experiences Previous experience in customer service or administrative role Strong communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Team working and customer focused attitude Knowledge of Inventory Management Systems and warehouse practices Proficiency in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint and Excel Be able to take minutes effectively Good Reasons to Join If you would like to become a valued member of our team, we will make sure that you're rewarded for your commitment and expertise.
