About the Role:
In this full‑time, 1‑year fixed‑term contract role (with the potential to become permanent), you will play a key part in shaping and supporting Cognita's evolving Enterprise IT PMO as the organisation strengthens its global approach to portfolio, programme, and project delivery. You will help operate core governance processes, maintain accurate and timely portfolio data, produce high‑quality reporting, and contribute to the development of PMO standards, playbooks, and tooling. Working closely with project and programme teams across regions, you will enable better visibility, prioritisation, and decision‑making for technology‑enabled change. This is an exciting opportunity to deepen your PMO capability within a complex, fast‑moving, and international environment.
This role offers an ASAP start and a hybrid working pattern, with 1–2 days per week in our London office – 41-42 Eastcastle Street, London, W1W 8DY.

Who We Are Looking For:
We are looking for someone early in their PMO career who brings a strong foundation in project governance, reporting, and delivery support. You should be highly organised, detail‑focused, and confident in interpreting data to highlight trends, risks, and insights. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll engage with stakeholders across IT, business, and regional teams. You're naturally collaborative, curious, and eager to learn, with a desire to grow into broader PMO or programme roles. Experience with PMO tools, IT‑enabled projects, or service management environments will help you thrive, along with an adaptable mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
