We're looking for a strong, hands‑on Sous Chef to join our vibrant, fast‑paced restaurant at Poole Leisure Site. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a fresh food menu, support the Head Chef, and help lead a busy, dynamic kitchen operation.

Your Schedule
* Hours: 45 hours per week
* Days: 5 days out of 7
* Shifts: A mix of straight and split shifts
* Service: 200+ covers on busy days - fast‑paced and rewarding
What You'll Be Doing
* Supporting the Head Chef in the day‑to‑day running of the kitchen
* Leading services and deputising in the Head Chef's absence
* Preparing and delivering fresh, seasonal dishes to a high standard
* Maintaining excellent food safety, hygiene, and allergen compliance
* Training, motivating, and developing junior chefs
* Assisting with stock control, ordering, and waste management
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a kitchen team
* Calm and organised under pressure in a high‑volume environment
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A genuine passion for fresh, high‑quality food
