About the pub
The Longacre was built 7 years ago and is located in the small village of Saltburn; 12 miles south-east of Hartlepool and 5 miles south-east of Redcar. It is a 150-cover, food-led site with an outdoor area popular in summer. The site is currently trading at £20,000 per week gross with a 70/30 split in favour of food. The pub is a fantastic opportunity for a driven GM to take on as the site converts from a partnership model to a managed house. Management accommodation is available as a 2-bedroom apartment. Vacancies for Head Chef and Assistant Manager exist with potential growth opportunities to £25k+ a week with the right manager at the helm.
