What you'll be doing:
You'll play a key role in daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards and smooth service at all times.
* Supporting the Head Chef with daily kitchen and team management
* Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes with consistency
* Running your own section confidently during service
* Maintaining excellent food hygiene, safety and cleanliness
* Assisting with stock control, ordering and kitchen admin
* Contributing to seasonal menus and daily specials
What we're looking for:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef, or a strong Chef de Partie ready to take the next step
* A calm, organised and professional approach during busy periods
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Flexibility to work a 40-hour rota with paid overtime as required
* A passion for fresh, seasonal food and delivering consistent quality
