Floor Manager – Leeds
We are opening a new Dishoom location in Leeds this summer and are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-faceted bar/restaurant team.

* You have been working as a Floor Manager in a high volume, multi-faceted bar/restaurant environment for the past few years.
* You are first‑class in everything you do and want to find an environment that is as obsessive about quality as you are.
* You have an eye for detail; always upholding the highest standards and ensuring every shift is in the very safest hands.
* You are a great leader who really cares about your people. Your big‑hearted approach will make coaching and developing other members of the team a natural focus.
* You have a genuine commitment to making people happy – guests and team alike – to ensure you have one of the happiest teams in the business and guests that turn into regulars and regulars into friends.
We are lucky enough to have, quite regularly, people waiting to dine with us. Managing wait times of up to 90 minutes in a big‑hearted way, while leading large teams, is part of the role’s day‑to‑day expectations.
Benefits & Compensation
* Salary: £39,000 – £44,000 per year inclusive of tronc. Paid monthly.
* Full‑time role with 5 days per week. Monday – Sunday availability required.
* Weekly rota provided at least 6 days in advance.
* All‑day dining café – schedule includes a variety of daytime and evening shifts.
