Role Overview
As a Care Team Leader, you will oversee daily resident needs, demonstrating compassion and commitment to positively impacting their lives. You will work with a dedicated team and support Care Assistants' development. Key aspects include providing personalized care, facilitating leisure activities, and supporting residents, families, and colleagues with kindness and support.
Skills Needed

* Care experience (NVQ3 in Social Care desirable)
* Excellent communication skills and flexibility
