<div><h3>About The Role</h3><p>Home Manager – Ty Enfys – Orbis Education and Care | Treorchy – 5 Bed Specialist Residential Home for Adults with Autism – Salary: £38,432 - £41,725 (depending on experience and qualifications) – Hours: 40.25 hours per week – Location: Treorchy.</p><h3>Your Role</h3><p>As the Home Manager at <b>Ty Enfys</b>, you’ll be the heart of the home and the leader of the team.</p><h3>Youll</h3><ul><li>Lead and inspire a dedicated, values-driven team</li><li>Manage a warm, inclusive, and safe home environment</li><li>Create a culture of respect, dignity, and belonging</li><li>Champion person-centered care and independence</li><li>Embed Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) approaches</li><li>Support and develop staff through coaching and mentoring</li><li>Ensure high-quality care, compliance, and best practice</li><li>Build strong, trusting relationships with residents, families, and professionals</li></ul><h3>Who We’re Looking For</h3><p>We’re looking for someone who leads with compassion, confidence, and integrity.</p><ul><li>Experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up as a Home Manager</li><li>Strong understanding of adult care regulations</li><li>Experience supporting adults with autism and/or learning disabilities</li><li>A genuine passion for improving lives
