Responsibilities
* Supporting the development and enhancement of share plans in line with business priorities and growth.
* Assisting in preparing materials and analysis to support senior leadership on equity compensation topics.
* Managing the day-to-day administration of equity plans, ensuring accuracy of records and reporting.
* Supporting compliance with legal, tax, and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
* Building effective working relationships with internal stakeholders (including Legal, Finance, and Tax teams).
* Supporting vendor relationships, including share plan software providers and other third parties.
* Contributing to the delivery of operational and administrative processes, identifying opportunities for improvements.
* Assisting in the preparation of reporting metrics and analysis to support decision-making.
* Supporting employee communications and education initiatives related to equity programs.
Qualifications
* 3–5 years’ experience in equity compensation or reward, ideally within a fast‑paced or multinational environment.
* Experience supporting share plan administration, with some exposure to global equity programs.
* Working knowledge of equity compensation, including basic tax, legal, and regulatory considerations.
* Comfortable working with stakeholders across different teams and levels.
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Detail‑oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
* Good analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
* Ability to balance operational responsibilities with project‑based work.
* Experience with share plan systems or HR systems (e.g. Workday) is a plus.
