A fast growing natural beauty and wellness retailer is searching for a passionate and energetic Store Supervisor to join their London team. Perfect for someone with skincare or haircare experience who thrives on the shop floor and loves creating standout customer moments.
As a Store Supervisor, you'll bring upbeat energy, strong sales ability, and confident Key Holder experience to every shift. You'll support the Store Manager, motivate the team, and help create a warm, inspiring environment where customers feel at home.
What You'll Be Doing
* Acting as a hands on Store Supervisor, delivering daily sales and service excellence.
* Taking full Key Holder responsibility, ensuring opening/closing routines are carried out smoothly.
* Coaching and supporting the team on the shop floor, leading by example with strong product knowledge.
* Creating a welcoming, energetic atmosphere that reflects our natural beauty philosophy.
* Supporting new starters and helping build confidence from day one.
