Role Overview
As a Housekeeping Assistant, your primary responsibility will be maintaining a clean, hygienic, safe, and welcoming environment. Your attention to detail will be reflected in the quality of the environment you help create. Whether managing the cleaning schedule or actively participating in cleaning tasks, your approach will be driven by kindness.
Candidate Requirements
* Experience in housekeeping preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
* Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Positive energy and a natural ability to communicate effectively and kindly with residents and colleagues.
* Ability to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect, and to report concerns appropriately.
* Willingness to undertake safeguarding training and additional role-specific training.
