Account Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts, working collaboratively to achieve their business objectives and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities of the Account Manager:
1. Manage key client relationships: Be the primary contact for assigned accounts, building trust with key decision-makers.
2. Drive revenue growth: Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to maximize client lifetime value.

6. Market awareness: Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure your clients have a competitive advantage.
7. Negotiation skills: Secure agreements that are favourable for both the client and the company.
