They are now looking for a Head of E-commerce to take ownership of their sales platforms and drive online customer experience. The successful candidate will collaborate with colleagues in digital and brand to build a best in class online experience.
This is a company who works at pace – no day is the same, and the successful candidate will be happy to roll up their sleeves when necessary.
The role:
* Develop and deliver a comprehensive ecommerce strategy which integrates with the wider marketing strategy
* Take ownership for the optimisation of customer journeys to maximise conversion rates, creating a cohesive user experience
* Own and manage the ecommerce platform with a keen eye on conversion, functionality and UX.
* Manage internal teams and 3rd party agencies to get the best out of the website and tech platforms
* Analyse customer journey data and make recommendations based on insight
* Own testing programmes across the website to increase conversion
* Lead conversion projects with the support of 3rd party agencies
* Manage, grow and develop the ecommerce team, creating a culture of high performance and continuous improvement
* Report regularly on ecommerce metrics to senior management.

* Proven experience in a senior ecommerce role in a fast paced and high growth environment
* A strategic thinker who is happy in the detail when necessary
* A data minded person who is able to translate complex information for relevant audiences
