Job title Business Systems Manager Departments / Location Information Technology - Reports to (Job Title) Head of IT Job Summary / Job Purpose Tayto Group utilise Microsofts Cloud Based Dynamics 365 Business Central across the organisation. This role involves the overseeing, management and development of this solution to enhance efficiencies and improve the decision making process across the group of companies. The successful candidate will actively manage and maintain this solution as well as the Groups Nav 5 based system and oversee the complete transition to a singular ERP platform as well as providing support to multi-disciplinary projects involving the other business systems utilised inside Tayto Group. Key Accountabilities (Summary) Provide the business with reliable and effective Business Systems tailored to the business needs Ensure the availability of the ERP System Accountable to business teams to ensure projects are defined and delivered Key Responsibilities Solution Maintenance and Management Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of business systems. Manage the integration of different business applications to ensure seamless data flow. Maintain the security and stability of IT systems. Ensure compliance with industry standards and licensing laws. Project Management: Project manage the implementation of new IT solutions. Lead the instigating and coordinating of IT systems development and administration. Relationship Management: Manage relationships with software providers. Negotiate contracts and ensure optimal service. Develop and maintain trusted IT relationships with business stakeholders Process Improvement: Facilitate process improvements within the organization by leveraging technology. Research and recommend future technologies to enhance business operations. End User Enhancement Provide technical support where needed to key users. Design, implement and deliver a structured training program to enable standardised and optimal use of all business systems.
