We are seeking a driven and versatile Business Development & Marketing Executive to help grow our contract cleaning business. This dual role combines new business acquisition with marketing and brand development, offering the chance to make a real impact on revenue growth and company profile.

Role: Business Development & Marketing Executive

Location: Leamington Spa (office-based 3 days per week, plus client visits)

Salary: £ base + uncapped commission (OTE £50,000 – £56,000+)

Benefits: Company Car (personal & business use), phone, laptop, enhanced annual leave allowances (25 days + BH).

Key Responsibilities

* Identify, pursue, and secure new contract cleaning opportunities.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term partnerships.
* Deliver proposals, presentations, and site surveys with professionalism.
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.
* Manage company website, social media, and email campaigns to generate leads.
* Represent Bowdraper at networking events and industry forums.
* Use CRM tools to track leads, forecast sales, and report performance.

What We're Looking For

* Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
* Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract close.
* Strong marketing skills – digital campaigns, content creation, and brand promotion.
* An individual with an eye for continuous improvement and how to implement new ideas, systems and ways of working within the Company.
* Commercial awareness with ability to negotiate profitable contracts.
* Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
* IT literate with experience in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
* Full UK driving licence (essential).
* Standard DBS required.
