Responsibilities: * Actively engage in supporting students’ daily learning and developmental activities. * Provide support to students, offering guidance and assistance with classwork assignments. * Participate in the continuous assessment, recording, and reporting of students’ progress. * Manage classroom behaviour and help maintain a safe and organized classroom environment. * Collaborate with the class teacher to facilitate lessons both within and outside the classroom environment. Requirements: * Must possess a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification and a relevant teaching or education qualification. * Previous experience working within a school setting. * An Enhanced DBS Check is required to demonstrate suitability for working with children and young people. * Strong ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues, and parents. * Looking for candidates who are eager to engage in continuous professional development.
