About the Role
We are seeking a Business Generation Manager to partner with Consulting VPs and drive client-centric marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a proactive, energetic professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating meaningful client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Sales Support
* Mine daily client inquiries for potential leads.
* Qualify leads with Sales channels (MSE, LE, GE) before escalating to VPs.
Marketing & Campaign Support
* Create compelling sales and marketing materials, including email campaigns and ad-hoc content for Account Executives.
* Support client attendance campaigns for Gartner Conferences.
Territory & Relationship Management
* Assist VPs with territory management, meeting scheduling, and identifying key accounts.
* Act as the primary point of contact for internal inquiries across multiple business units.
CRM & Reporting
* Maintain Salesforce pipeline accuracy for biweekly reporting and forecasting.
* Participate in strategic projects and initiatives as needed.
What You'll Bring
Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
* 4+ years in lead generation or client services (technology sector experience preferred).
* Familiarity with integrated marketing techniques and content creation is a plus.
Skills:
* Self-starter with innovative thinking.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), PowerPoint, and Outlook.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think outside the box.
