Role: Brand Promoter – Customer Engagement
Are you an outgoing people person who enjoys creating positive customer experiences? Do you like starting conversations and helping people get the most from their journeys? If so, this could be the ideal role for you.
This role involves engaging with travellers at a motorway service area, promoting the benefits of using a toll route and encouraging customers to sign up for accounts and share feedback about their experience.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Engaging with customers about their journeys and making them feel welcome.
* Encouraging account sign-ups and positive customer reviews.
* Acting as a brand ambassador and ensuring customers have a positive experience.
* Explaining the benefits of using the toll route in a clear and engaging way.
* Answering customer queries or directing customers to complete an online contact form where appropriate.
* Bringing energy and enthusiasm to each interaction—no two days are the same.

Experience Required
* Experience in face-to-face customer interaction (retail, hospitality, events, or service environments preferred).

* Experience promoting products or services, including upselling or encouraging sign-ups.
* Comfortable working towards targets (e.g., registrations or review generation).
* Ability to explain benefits clearly and handle objections positively.
* Understanding of good customer experience and creating memorable interactions.
* Professional presentation and ability to represent a brand positively.
* Proactive approach to engaging customers rather than waiting to be approached.
* Ability to adapt communication style to different customers.
* Comfortable working in fast-paced environments where activities vary day to day.
* Confident using digital tools or apps for registrations and feedback.
