More about the role
* Co-ordinating operatives / engineers daily schedules to deliver on-time, high-quality services.
* Work with Operations Manager to ensure best utilisation of operatives / engineers.
* Support Contract Managers to address Client work order requests.
* Provide data or reports in relation to reviewing status of the planned and reactive work order.
* Input into the development of policy and procedures to continuously improve quality and consistency of services delivered.
* Participate in the one call duty manager rota for out of hours and weekend emergency call outs (1 week every 2 months).
* Any other duties for which the operations coordinator is qualified and capable of undertaking.
