As a Housing Property Administrator (Project Assistant) you will provide effective, efficient, and proactive project and administrative support to the Void Disposal Programme, Portfolio and Tenanted transactions. You will play a key role in ensuring information systems run smoothly, helping to obtain key data and documents that are needed for portfolio sales and supporting the team in co-ordinating various projects to ensure they complete to given deadlines.
