We are looking for an experienced and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a vibrant, multi‑outlet countryside pub with a 60‑cover restaurant, bar, marquee dining (60 covers), food truck, and on‑site microbrewery. If you love fresh, seasonal cooking, enjoy bringing creative ideas to life, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, this is the role for you.
What You'll Do
Lead, inspire and develop a positive, professional kitchen team.
Create and deliver seasonal menus (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Festive) with consistency across all outlets—restaurant, garden trailer, pizza oven, events.
Manage stock, ordering and GP.
Uphold exceptional food safety and hygiene standards (aiming for 5*).
Keep the kitchen running smoothly across daily service and busy events.
Collaborate closely with the General Manager and FOH on planning and operations.
What We're Looking For
Experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous from a similar environment.
Strong people leadership and organisational skills.
Excellent understanding of food safety, kitchen operations and cost control.
Comfortable running multiple outlets and high‑volume events.
Creative, entrepreneurial, and happy to bring fresh ideas for food and events.
