The Company
This well-reputed company is a long-standing business based in the London Bridge area. They are a mid-sized specialist recruitment business focusing on international hires into Europe and North America. They are early-stage funded clients up to stock market listed clients, providing access to top-tier brands, collaborating across the business, and traveling to meet clients internationally. All directors and managers have been promoted from within, emphasizing organic stable growth and strong client partnerships through communities, face-to-face events, and close work with the events and marketing teams.
The Role
You will be hiring IT professionals in Europe. There is a significant opportunity for a skilled recruiter to elevate their billing. This desk is primarily permanent, but conversions from contract roles are considered. The company is also interested if you'd like to focus on a very senior market, as they have an executive search division working on retained assignments.
The Package
* Senior Recruitment Consultants are paid a basic salary of 30-40k
* Uncapped commission scheme
* Commission pays 20% to 30% beyond a 6k threshold, even on existing client accounts

The Requirements
* Experience in 360 recruitment with proven success in acquiring clients
* More than 2 years of recruitment experience
* Experience in international hiring is a plus
* Must currently reside in the UK with reasonable commuting access to the office
* IT recruitment experience is essential
* Proficiency in using LinkedIn for hiring
* Experience with face-to-face events and community engagement tools is desirable
* Willingness to travel within Europe for events and stakeholder engagement
* Ability and willingness to work in the office 4 days a week
