Service: Those with NVQ Level 2 or 3 earn up to £11.89 per hour, and our dedicated career ladder provides clear opportunities for your future progression.

Work across various shift patterns including early, late, weekend or night shifts. Full time and part time positions are available.
Everyone who lives here has their own private space to make their own and are encouraged to get involved in making decisions about their home; what's on the meal plan, ideas for new home projects, and what goes on their busy social calendar. The next step will be an interview in the service, where you'll meet the team and the people we support.
If successful, we'll organise your Free DBS Check and references prior to confirming your start date.
Your journey will then begin with a 3-day online induction, before heading to the service to get started.
You may be new to care, or already have experience in the social care sector or NHS (Mental Health Support Worker, Care Worker, Healthcare Assistant or Care Assistant). As long as you come with a person-centred approach, a caring nature, and you are able to demonstrate a commitment to working as part of a team to support disabled and autistic people - then we're here to provide you with the training and knowledge needed to succeed.
