About the Role
Allen & York is seeking a VP of Sales for a leading tech-enabled sustainability company in the construction sector, offering collaboration tools, e-learning, software, and consulting services. The role is based in Australia, with a focus on expanding the company's virtual learning platform across Eastern Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market presence in the region.
* Identify, prospect, and secure new partnerships with organizations in the built environment and related sectors.
* Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to deal closure, typically in the USD 30-50k range.
* Engage with senior decision-makers such as Directors of Sustainability, Supply Chain, and Procurement.
* Collaborate with a team of sustainability experts to achieve growth targets.
Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in B2B sales with a consultative, value-led approach.
* Strong understanding of sustainability topics within the built environment or infrastructure sectors.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
