About the Role:
Applications are invited for the post of Teaching, Learning and Student Experience Support Assistant, within the Student Support and Development team in the School of Arts, Languages and Cultures. We are seeking to appoint an individual who is confident and motivated to work within a front facing customer service reception environment, is enthusiastic about improving student experience and is teamwork orientated.
The ideal candidate would understand the academic and pastoral support procedures and processes in relation to the provision of postgraduate taught/or undergraduate education and have worked in a customer service environment.
The successful candidate will liaise with key stakeholders: key academic, PS staff and students and will work as part of a small team on the Student Support Hub in the Samuel Alexander Building.
