Job Title: Chef Manager
Salary: Up to £29,000 per annum (DOE)
Schedule: Monday - Friday
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Chef Manager to join Eviosys Aerosols in Sutton-in-Ashfield. Dine provides tailored food services to 140 clients in the business and industry sector, emphasizing sustainability, local sourcing, and outstanding service.
As Chef Manager, you will deliver excellent service to staff and customers, lead and motivate your team, and build strong relationships with clients to meet their needs and contractual obligations. You should be commercially aware, influential, and set high standards for your team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the onsite catering team of 3, serving 200 customers daily.
2. Prepare high-quality, delicious food that exceeds client expectations.
3. Maintain cleanliness standards for the kitchen and front of house environments.
4. Ensure proper use and maintenance of all kitchen machinery and equipment.
5. Adhere to Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
6. Complete weekly reports and manage stock taking and ordering.
About You
1. Previous experience in contract catering is essential.
2. Excellent culinary skills and leadership abilities.
3. Proven experience as a Chef Manager or similar role, with a focus on recipe adherence and menu planning.
4. Strong communication and team engagement skills.
5. Experience in managing client relationships.
6. Results-driven with a focus on quality and processes.
7. IT literate (MS Office, email).
8. Business management experience within a kitchen environment.
