The Role: As a SEND TA, you will work predominantly within the school's SEND "nest," providing vital support to children with autism and other needs. This is a full-time position, working from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, five days a week. Your role will involve working closely with teachers, the SENDCO and other professionals to deliver personalised support and ensure each child's needs are met. Experience working with children with autism is desirable but not essential - a positive attitude and willingness to learn are key!
