Role Description
This is a full-time Construction Estimator position based on-site in Basingstoke. The Construction Estimator will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, performing quantity take-offs, and managing project budgets. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with project teams, liaising with clients, and maintaining clear communication to ensure project goals are met efficiently and effectively.
Qualifications
* Expertise in Construction Estimating, Quantity Take-offs, and Cost Management
* Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning in construction projects
* Strong Communication skills for liaising with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
* Attention to detail and ability to analyse technical drawings and specifications
* Proficiency in construction estimating software (Bluebeam) and tools is an advantage
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Relevant experience in the construction or glazing industry is a plus
