Business Development Director – Negotiable + Car or Allowance + Bonus
We are recruiting for a growing UK Wide organisation who have their Head Office in Greater Manchester, they are looking for a Business Development Director who has experience of selling service contracts into the Soft side of FM, who understands cleaning and other soft service Deliver.

Business Development Director- Requirements
Remote Role - Ideally within a distance to Visit the Head Office as and when required for Meetings.
Will Consider people living in the North West
Be able to demonstrate Business Development acumen and National Account Management retention & delivery - Essential
Consultative selling experience - Essential
CRM competency and report writing - Essential
UK Wide travel will be required with occasional overnight stays as part of the role – Essential
Sales Team leadership and mentoring experience – Desirable
FM Cleaning background – Desirable
This would suit someone who has worked for a Facilities Management or Soft organisation or within other allied industries.
