Connect Appointments are seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor for our established client in Motherwell on a permanent basis.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm (hours may vary after training period)
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will:
* Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
* Contacting warm leads for sales opportunities
* Drive customer satisfaction to ensure customers' calls and queries are managed effectively and efficiently
* Assist our customers on choosing a range of products and services
* Take ownership of admin tasks whilst making recommendations for service improvements
The ideal Customer Service Advisor will have:
* Excellent communication skills, with an ability to communicate at all levels.
* Experience in a customer service and sales environment
* The ability to engage well with customers
* Collaborative and works well as part of a great team
* Experience with Microsoft packages
