Job Description
Global Payroll Manager
8. Establish standardised payroll processes, policies and controls - SLA's, KPI's etc.
9. Ensure accurate and timely payroll across all regions
10. Strong partnership with with Global HR services to ensure alignment with their road map
11. Oversee and optimise global and local payroll vendors to ensure strong delivery
12. Partner closely with finance to maintain seamless flow, accuracy and consistent reporting
13. Adherence to global and domestic payroll legislation, tax requirements and audit requests
14. Co-owner of vendor selection and payroll systems

15. Exposure and experience in global payroll management
16. Ability to demonstrate system integration and large-scale payroll transformation
17. Strong understanding of HRIS to payroll integration
18. Detail focused, hands on
