Join HTC Heathrow as a Warehouse Operative / Driver Co-ordinator and play a key role in keeping our delivery operations running smoothly. You’ll manage driver schedules, support the team, and ensure our customers receive their orders on time, every time. Also to be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all material in the good inwards / outwards area. What are your daily tasks as a Driver Co-ordinator / Warehouse Operative
Manage the efficient route planning (PodFather) of the delivery vehicles.
Live and breathe excellent customer service and support and coach our Drivers to do the same
Upkeep of goods in area and warehouse tidiness
Ensure that all paperwork and electronic records are completed accurately and on time.
Observing health & safety rules and keeping warehouse clean, neat & tidy.
General warehouse duties to include processing of all goods inwards transactions, including Stock Orders, VOR’S and GRN’s (Customer Returns)
Bin maintenance, including locating new Stock.
Processing all service exchange returns
Emergency parts deliveries as required
Registering Paccar and other suppliers returns
Key attributes
Duties involve regular repetitive light, medium and heavy lifting
Experience working in a similar role
Strong attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a high pressure and fast-paced environment
Good standard of numeracy
Previous driving experience
Full driving licence
Previous FLT training and experience is advantageous but not essential
Hours;
6am to 3:30pm (Mandatory Saturday’s 1 in 3) 6am to 10am
