Job Title: English Teacher

Daily Rate: 150 - 180 per day
Contract: Full-time, long-term
A specialist education setting in Milton Keynes is seeking a passionate and adaptable English Teacher to join their team. What you'll be doing:
* Planning and delivering English lessons at Functional Skills, Entry Level, and GCSE
* Supporting students in developing their literacy, communication, and self-confidence
* Adapting teaching to meet the individual needs of learners with SEMH and SEN
* Assessing, tracking, and reporting on pupil progress
* Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
What we're looking for:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or QTLS) or relevant English teaching experience
* Experience teaching English at KS3/KS4 (GCSE/Functional Skills)
* A strong understanding of SEN, SEMH, and trauma-informed approaches
* Excellent communication and behaviour management skills
* A positive, flexible attitude and genuine passion for student development
