Lanark Local Office. 34.5 hours per week, Permanent. Salary: £32,990 - £33,907 per year.
Responsibilities
* Deliver a wide range of housing services to customers, including current issues and legislation in relation to homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery, and anti‑social behaviour.
* Use excellent IT skills to organise and prioritise workload and adapt to changing priorities to deliver a quality service.
* Maintain excellent communication and liaise effectively with a variety of agencies.
Qualifications
* Experience working within a housing‑related environment.
* Understanding of current legislation relating to homelessness, allocations, estate management, rent recovery and anti‑social behaviour.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Excellent communication skills.
