Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Administrator to join our clients growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and supporting the overall financial health of the organisation. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across various departments.
Duties
* Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.
* Prepare monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
* Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditures against budgets.
* Conduct regular audits of financial processes to ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
* Liaise with external auditors during annual audits to provide necessary documentation and support.
* Manage payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation and deductions.
* Provide financial analysis to support decision-making by management.
* Assist in the development of financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Experience
* Proven experience in a financial administration role or similar position is essential.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
* Proficiency in financial software applications (experience with [specific software] is advantageous).
