Role Overview We are looking for a detail-obsessed Virtual Assistant who can keep our internal operations running smoothly. You will handle research, calendaring, documentation, and light data entry tasks that fuel recruiting and client delivery initiatives. This is a part-time freelance contract (10–20 hours per week) with flexible scheduling as long as you can collaborate for at least four hours during North American business hours. Responsibilities Maintain shared Google Sheets with accurate, well-formatted data pulled from LinkedIn, CRM systems, and market research. Schedule interviews, client calls, and internal syncs through Google Calendar and Zoom/Google Meet. Draft outbound messages, follow-ups, and reminders in clear, professional English. Support lead generation workflows by building curated prospect lists. QA data inputs, resolve duplicates, and ensure stakeholders always trust the source of truth. Document repeatable procedures in Notion so that the broader team can self-serve. Requirements 2 years in an executive assistant, operations, or virtual assistant role. Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar) and LinkedIn. Excellent written and spoken English; comfortable collaborating asynchronously via Slack and Loom. Reliable laptop/desktop, webcam, and broadband internet connection. Highly organized with a habit of double-checking details before sharing work. Able to manage confidential information with discretion.
