Finance Administrator

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a knack for numbers and a passion for maintaining smooth financial operations? Are you looking for a simple job where you can work with numbers? Our client is looking for a Finance Administrator to join their dynamic team and support the backbone of our business.

Finance Administrator - About the Role:

As a Finance Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our clients financial processes. You’ll be responsible for managing financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the wider finance team to achieve our business goals.

Finance Administrator -

Key Responsibilities:

* Processing invoices, payments, and expenses accurately and in a timely manner.

* Reconciling bank statements and financial accounts.

* Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and budgets.

* Managing and maintaining financial records and filing systems.

* Responding to queries from internal and external stakeholders regarding financial matters.

* Supporting the finance team with ad hoc administrative tasks.

Finance Administrator -

About You:

Our client is looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience: Previous experience in a finance or administrative role, experience with Data Entry & Excel spreadsheets.

* Skills: Strong numerical skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in [insert relevant software, e.g., Microsoft Excel, Sage, or QuickBooks].

* Attributes: A proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

* Qualifications: A relevant qualification in finance, accounting, or administration is desirable but not essential.
