Candidates with experience in either discipline-security or fire alarms-are encouraged to apply, as full training will be provided. You will be responsible for delivering safe, compliant servicing and maintenance of security and fire alarm systems across various client sites. Key Responsibilities: Service and maintain security and fire alarm systems to industry standards Provide technical advice and ensure systems are fit for purpose Deliver excellent customer service during all site visits Maintain accurate records and complete all required administration Uphold company values and always demonstrate professional behaviour Person Specification : Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills Able to work under pressure and manage challenging situations Solution-focused with a proactive approach to problem-solving Organised and capable of meeting deadlines and priorities Strong team player with a customer-first mindset Technical Requirements: Familiarity with NSI PD6662 (Intruder Alarms), NCP 104 & BS EN 62676 (CCTV), and NCP 109 (Access Control) Experience with LAN/WAN, POE, servers, and Microsoft operating systems Knowledge of switches, routers, wireless extenders, SQL, XML, MS Office Experience with integrated systems and client/server access control Systems Experience (Desirable): CCTV & Public Address Access Control Intruder Alarms Fire Alarms & Nurse Call Intercoms Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in Fire and/or Security Servicing Full UK Driving Licence (required) Fluent in English Willingness to travel (100% field-based role)
