What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Managing and leading a residential lettings team Driving business growth and increasing market share Winning new instructions and securing new business opportunities Maintaining strong relationships with landlords and applicants Monitoring team performance and supporting ongoing development Ensuring compliance with lettings legislation and best practice Delivering exceptional customer service at all times What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or in a senior lettings role Proven track record of winning instructions and generating business Strong leadership and team management skills Ability to build and maintain professional relationships Proactive, determined, and commercially aware approach Knowledge of the Surbiton area preferred ARLA qualification advantageous Full UK driving licence and own vehicle What's In It For You?
