We are seeking a skilled Commissioning Manager to join our team in the UK. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the commissioning process for various new build care home projects, ensuring they meet our high standards of quality and sustainability. Your contributions will be vital in driving our mission to develop properties that enhance communities.
Commissioning and Support Manager
With new luxury homes under construction throughout London and the South East, we invite applications for an experienced Commissioning and Support Manager to join us. The successful candidate will lead on commissioning and opening brand new homes in the Region, the candidate will provide Home Managers with support on particular issues and development projects as required.
The ideal candidate will adapt their management style to meet the needs of the different care home environments and be flexible in approach. Experienced in change management, you will also have investigation and root cause analysis skills.
The main responsibilities of this exciting and challenging role include:
· Assist in building relationships with local authorities, community and other external stakeholders
· Assist in negotiating or re-negotiating contracts
· Support our care home managers to deliver excellent customer service and high standards of care
· Coaching and mentoring of Care Home Managers
· Monitoring all aspects of service in the homes, analysis and use of quality metrics, conducting audits, and liaising with the Quality Manager
· Develop focused service improvement plans, support implementation and taking change to completion
· At times, you may be required to work as an interim Home Manager within your region
As the role has an enjoyable and wide ranging scope of responsibilities, the successful candidate will be talented, conscientious and have considerable clinical experience from care home settings, ideally having been a registered manager in recent times. It is a role involving leadership, strategy and ensuring consistent high quality of service is delivered across the region.
