The Role:
As an SEN Primary Teacher, you will:
✨ Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to EHCP targets
✨ Support pupils across KS1 and KS2 with a range of additional needs
✨ Create a structured, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment
✨ Work closely with TAs, therapists, and parents to support pupil progress
✨ Monitor, assess, and adapt learning to meet individual needs
Requirements:
✔️ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
✔️ Experience within SEN and/or primary settings
✔️ Strong behaviour management and emotional regulation strategies
✔️ Patient, resilient, and compassionate approach
✔️ Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
