Are you an experienced payroll professional with expertise across EMEA, particularly in French and UK payroll? We’re seeking a Payroll Manager to join a high-performing HR Operations team and play a pivotal role in managing accurate and timely payroll delivery across multiple EMEA locations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role with broad international exposure, where you’ll lead payroll cycles, manage vendor relationships, and support both BAU and strategic payroll initiatives.
What you’ll be doing:
* Managing payroll across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Partnering with Finance, HR, and external providers to deliver seamless payroll operations.
* Acting as the go-to expert for payroll queries, audits, and year-end reporting.
* Supporting global mobility and shadow payrolls for expatriates.
* Driving payroll excellence while contributing to wider HR and Compensation projects.
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in international payroll within EMEA, in particular French payroll.
* Proven background managing outsourced payroll providers.
* Deep understanding of tax, compliance, and employee benefits.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
