A highly regarded law firm is looking to recruit a Residential Property Solicitor. This well established, award-winning conveyancing team is based in Manchester city centre.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor in Manchester to step into a ready-made caseload and hit the ground running within a well-supported, established office.
Offering three days working from home, genuine flexibility and no management responsibilities, this role is ideal for a Residential Property Solicitor seeking high-quality work, autonomy and an excellent work-life balance without unnecessary pressure.
The Role
* Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction to completion
* Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Dealing with remortgages and transfers of equity
* Working on high-quality files within a well-structured team
* Providing clear and practical advice to clients
* Collaborating with internal departments including real estate and private client
* Maintaining strong client relationships and service standards
* Contributing to the continued growth of the Manchester team
The Candidate
* NQ–10+ PQE Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
* Experience handling residential conveyancing matters
* Strong technical knowledge across sales, purchases, remortgages and transfer of equity
* New build sale and purchase experience would be advantageous
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Well organised with strong attention to detail
* Able to manage a caseload independently
* Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
* Keen to develop and progress within a supportive firm
