What you'll be doing:
Driving new business through calls, meetings, and proactive LinkedIn outreach
Negotiating terms and securing the best possible fees for your placements
Building and expanding client accounts, becoming their go-to recruitment partner
Writing engaging job adverts and using social channels to attract top talent
Sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct headhunting
Conducting interviews and managing the full 360 recruitment process
Ensuring compliance and smooth onboarding processes
Building strong, lasting relationships with clients and candidates at every level
The ideal candidate:
1+ years' 360 recruitment experience, ideally within the built environment
Previously worked a perm desk (or dual desk) and confident handling the full cycle
Open minded, coachable, and eager to adapt, learn, and push yourself forward
Confident using LinkedIn for headhunting and candidate engagement
Commercially aware, able to plan your desk, and build credibility when speaking with candidates and clients
A cultural fit: driven, ideas led, motivated, and ready to work in partnership with the team bounce ideas, shape strategy, and grow the business together
