Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of residential properties
* Handling maintenance issues and contractor coordination
* Carrying out property inspections
* Liaising with landlords and tenants daily
* Managing renewals and tenancy agreements
* Ensuring compliance and legislation requirements are met
* Resolving queries and issues efficiently and professionally
* Building strong long term relationships with clients
The Ideal Candidate
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous Property Management experience within an estate agency or lettings
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to manage workload in a fast paced environment
* Excellent customer service skills
* High attention to detail
* Problem solving ability and a proactive mindset
* Full UK driving licence preferred
