Service Direct, a new and growing community care and support company in Pembrokeshire, is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to join us as a Field Care Supervisor.
About the Role
This is a varied role where you'll support both our clients and our care team. You'll split your time between the office, the community, and completing some direct care calls to ensure full-time hours. As the company grows, the role will become more supervisory and leadership focused.
Key responsibilities include:
* Rostering and coordinating care staff.
* Conducting assessments, reviews, and spot checks.
* Developing and maintaining care plans and risk assessments.
* Supporting staff development and ensuring high-quality care.
* Taking part in the on-call rota.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
* Has at least 6 months' experience in domiciliary or community care.
* Is passionate about making a difference in people's lives.
* Wants to progress their career into supervision and leadership.
* Is professional, approachable, and able to motivate a team.
* Can build strong relationships with clients, families, and colleagues.
* Is flexible to work between 6:30am – 11:00pm, 5 days per week, including weekends, and to take part in the on-call / out-of-hours rota.
* Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a car.
If you already have experience in rostering, assessments, and care planning – that's fantastic. But if not, don't worry: full training is provided, and we'll enrol you onto QCF Levels 2, 3, 4, and 5 in Health & Social Care.
