WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE
People Solutions are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join our well-established client based in Swindon, Wiltshire. This is a fantastic opportunity offering great rates of pay and room to grow and progress.
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts)
AM Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 (£12.60 per hour)
PM Shift: 14:00 – 22:00 (£13.73 per hour)
Pay rate: £12.60 per hour / Overtime rate: £16.80 per hour (after 37.5 hours)

Day-to-Day Duties
* Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently
* Using RF scanners to process and track stock
* Receiving and unpacking incoming goods
* Organising stock ready for dispatch and delivery
* Heavy lifting (up to 20kg)
* Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
* Adhering to all health and safety procedures at all times
Essential Skills
* Previous warehouse experience is essential
* Physically fit due to manual handling requirements
* Confident using RF scanners
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
* Reliable and self-motivated
* Flexible and willing to take on a variety of tasks
* A good team player with a positive attitude
Desirable Experience
* Previous experience in a picking and packing environment
Training
* Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
